The Computer Olympiads are a multi computer games event organized by the ICGA. It was created in 1989 by David Levy and after a gap from 1993 until 2000 taking place every year.

Chess at the Olympiad
Computer Chess was played five times so far as discipline of the Olympiad, however, often the Olympiad was organized in conjunction with the World Computer Chess Championship.
