Rein Halbersma [1]

Rein Halbersma,
a Dutch physicist with a Ph.D. in 2002 from University of Groningen, economic expert at Dutch Healthcare Authority, Tilburg University, Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) [2], and research coordinator at Netherlands Gambling Authority. He has analytical background in mathematical modelling and applied econometrics, and in-depth programming experience with C++, R, and Mathematica [3]. Rein Halbersma is Draughts and Checkers programmer, and author of the Draughts and Checkers Template Library DCTL [4]. He is further interested in computer chess and chess programming, and active poster in Computer Chess Forums.
