Bust of Nero [1]

Nero,
a chess program developed by Jari Huikari, written in Pascal and x86 inline assembly [2]. Initially a DOS program first released in 1998, it later evolved to a WinBoard compatible engine. Nero performs alpha-beta inside an iterative deepening framework without a transposition table and a "real" quiescence search [3].
