Richard Joseph Lorentz,
an American computer scientist and professor of Computer Science at California State University, Northridge. His major research activity involves the study of game playing programming. He is co-author and supervisor of the successful Amazons program Invader, co-author of the Havannah program Wanderer, and the Dots and Boxes program Matadots. His main interests is to expand Monte-Carlo tree search algorithms that exist in Invader and Wanderer [2] .
