Complete Chess System (CCS),
a commercial chess program developed by Chris Whittington in 1993, marketed by his company Oxford Softworks. Complete Chess System ran on PCs under MS-DOS - in 1994 a Commodore Amiga version was released. CCS had its own graphical user interface with 2D and 3D boards. As predecessor of the mighty Chess System Tal, the Complete Chess System X played the Aegon 1994 and finished with a 50% score.
