Bart Verbaan,
a Dutch chess player [1], computer chess expert, and until July 2001 editor of Computerschaak, the official organ of the Dutch Computer Chess Federation CSVN, when he was superseded by Eric van Reem [2]. Bart Verbaan participated four times at Aegon Man-Machine Tournaments in the 80s, the Aegon 1986 with 3½ of 7, the Aegon 1987 and Aegon 1988 both with 3½ out of 6, and the Aegon 1989 with 4 from 5. He further reported on the Aegon 1993 and Aegon 1995 in the ICCA Journal.
