a chess program by engine author Michael Ehrig, supported by tester and opening book author Daniel Mehrmann [2].
Greif played the WMCCC 1993 in Munich [3]
and the IPCCC 1994 in Paderborn. At the private Clodra chess tournament organized by Rainer Serfling in November 1994,
Greif was recognized as a clone of Chrilly Donninger's program Nimzo 2 [4] [5].
