Explorer,
a chess playing entity by Edward de Grijs which played the DOCCC 1991 and the DOCCC 1993.
In 1993, Edward de Grijs came up with a new chess special purpose hardware controlled by a 386SX PC

searching 350,000 nodes per second [3].
