Valavan Manohararajah [1]

Valavan Manohararajah,
a Sri Lanka born, Canadian computer scientist with M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Toronto, both under under supervision of Zvonko Vranesic. His research interests include FPGA, placement and routing for FPGAs, high level synthesis and logic synthesis for FPGAs, and abstract games. Concerning computer chess, Valavan Manohararajah is author of the chess program Rajah, as RajahX also subject of his 2001 M.Sc. thesis on parallel alpha-beta search [2].
