Richard Snyder,
an American computer scientist and AI researcher at times affiliated with the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). He worked with Robert Levinson et al. on machine learning and knowledge representation, associative pattern retrieval, and Morph, a system that learns to play chess from its experience only [1].
