Michael B [1]

Michael (Mike) Byrne,
an American now retired certified public accountant, finance manager, chess player and computer chess aficionado, in 1983 graduated from University of Pennsylvania [2]. He wrote computer chess articles for Computer Chess Reports in the 90s, and served as moderator in CCC. He is member of the Crafty team around Robert Hyatt as mentioned on the CCT Tournament [3] and ACCA World Computer Rapid Chess Championship [4] sites, as chess consultant and opening book author. More recently, he plays around with a derivative of Senpai 1.0 by Fabien Letouzey, dubbed Kōhai [5] [6], the Gull 3 fork dubbed Hawkeye [7], and a Stockfish fork with Cerebellum book, dubbed McBrain [8] aka McCain.
