Li-Kai Chuang,
a Taiwanese computer scientist affiliated with the Department of Computer Science, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu. His research interests include the game of Mahjong. He is co-author of the Mahjong program LongCat, which won the 17th Computer Olympiad in Yokohama, 2013 [1].
