Steve Maughan [1]

Steve Maughan,
a British management consultant residing in Florida [2]. Steve Maughan is computer chess and Othello programmer, and author of the UCI compatible chess engines Monarch [3] and Maverick, and the Othello or Reversi program Edge Reversi [4]. In March 2013, Steve started a blog on the development of his chess engine Maverick [5] [6].
