Elegance [1]

Elegance (Fidelity Elegance, Elegance Chess Challenger),
a dedicated chess computer of the Chess Challenger series by Fidelity Electronics, produced and distributed since 1984. Like the Fidelity Elite A/S the computer with a 6502 processor ran a Sargon based program by Dan and Kathe Spracklen. Elegance had a compact, wooden sensory board with reed switches and magnets in the chessmen. Along with his "team" members Elite and Private Line, Elegance played the 4th World Microcomputer Chess Championship 1984 in Glasgow [2] .
