Bruce Moreland [1]

Bruce Moreland,
an American computer scientist, former Microsoft employee and computer chess programmer, author of Ferret, one of the strongest chess engines at its time [2] . Bruce published the open source chess program Gerbil for educational purpose, and maintained a great computer chess programming site. The Gerbil site [3] and programming topics are archived by the Wayback Machine [4].
