Yi-Chih Chan
Yi-Chih Chan,
a Taiwanese computer scientist at Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu. His research interests include computer games, specially Connect6 and a new approach for proof-number search, named Job-level PN (JL-PN) search, where each node is evaluated or expanded by a heavy-weight job, well suited for parallel processing [1]. He is co-author of gold medal winning Connect6 program NCTU6-Lite.
