Stop defacing Stop signs! [1]

In a terminology of Hans Kmoch [2] , a stop square of a pawn is a square where it can arrive in one non-capturing move, a pawn push. Telestops are the further squares behind the stop on the pawn's front-span, the final one the promotion square.
