Rüdiger Worbs [1]

Rüdiger Worbs,
a German electrical engineer and former chess programmer. When affiliated with VEB Mikroelektronik „Karl Marx“ Erfurt, Rüdiger Worbs was primary developer of the programs of the dedicated Chess-Master series [2]. He co-authored with Dieter Schultze, when Chess-Master played the 3rd World Microcomputer Chess Championship 1983 in Budapest [3], while Wolfgang Pähtz was co-author of the later Chess-Master Diamond [4].
