an American-Israeli computer scientist, Talmud scholar and professor at the Department of Computer Science, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat-Gan. He received the Ph.D. degree for his work in logic and number theory from New York University [2]. His research interests includes machine learning and its application to problems related to the automated analysis of texts. Along with Eli David, Nathan S. Netanyahu and Jaap van den Herik, Moshe Koppel worked and published on Genetic Algorithms in computer chess.
