Johan Havegheer,
a Belgian computer scientist [1], computer chess aficionado and journalist, early WinBoard promoter, tester and operator of various programs, notably Ant [2] and Ruffian [3]. He wrote articles and reports for Computerschaak [4] [5], was member of the CEGT rating list team around Heinz van Kempen [6], and helped in translating Arena.
