Holmes,
a Chess Engine Communication Protocol compliant chess engine by Andreas Herrmann, written in Delphi. It applies NegaScout with null move pruning, and generate moves with the help of piece tables. Holmes played the IPCCC 2001, IPCCC 2003, and the ICT 2002, and later evolved to BlackBishop.
