DreamChess Classic [1]

DreamChess,
a Chess Engine Communication Protocol aka XBoard compatible OpenGL user interface with 2D and 3D graphics boards, packaged as open source with the engine Dreamer under the GNU General Public License Version 3. DreamChess is suited to play versus Dreamer or other compatible engines like Crafty and GNU Chess [2]. DreamChess 0.3.0 was released after a long break in March 2019. DreamChess authors were Kris McAulay, Walter van Niftrik and Lawrence Sebald (programming), supported by Andrew Ball, Annie Kirkpatrick, Brandon May and Rogier van Schaijk (graphics) and Matthew P. Smith (music) [3].
