Chih-Wen (Steven) Hsueh,
a Taiwanese computer scientist and associate professor in the Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia and 'Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Taiwan University.
He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in CS from the University of Southern California and University of California at Irvine in 1994 and 1997 respectively.
His research centers around real-time computing in particular peal-time operating systems, embedded systems, and intelligent systems [2].
