Benny Antonsson,
a Swedish programmer, who started to write a program that managed to solve mate-in-two problems in 1996 - implemented in Turbo Pascal and with an own graphical user interface and mouse support . Since 1999 he developed the Chess Engine Communication Protocol aka WinBoard compatible chess program Embracer, and in 2001 joined forces with Erik Robertsson, to work on Alarm [1] aka Deamon [2].
