Sean L. Empey, (January 29, 1976 - November 18, 2008 [1])
was an American computer scientist and IT director [2] of Empey LEAH corporation located at the former McClellan Air Force Base northeast of Sacramento, California [3]. He graduated from Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks, California and subsequently attended Sierra College. As chess programmer, Sean Empey was author of the chess engine Storm.
