Shallow Blue,
an UCI compliant open source chess engine by Rhys Rustad-Elliott, written in C++ 11, and first released in 2017.
Shallow Blue lacks various standard pruning and reductions heuristics such as null move pruning and LMR,
and can therefore considered as didactic engine with some prospects to improve.
