Tim Foden,
a British software engineer and computer chess and games programmer. He is author of the WinBoard compliant chess engine Green Light Chess [2],
and was also involved in robot auto racing simulation (RARS) [3]. More recently, he worked on the Go playing program Fluke, performing Monte-Carlo tree search [4].
