a Russian computer scientist with expertise in databases, affiliated with the WSEAS (World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society) [2] [3].
As former computer chess programmer, Vladimir Rybinkin is primary author of the chess program Mirage, supported by Yuri Shpeer.
