Timothy Arbuckle,
an American electrical engineer, programmer and early computer chess programmer. While affiliated with the IBM associated Service Bureau Corporation during the mid 50s, along with Michael de V. Roberts and Martin Belsky, Timothy Arbuckle was member Alex Bernstein's team developing The Bernstein Chess Program for the IBM 704.
