The '''SSDF''' - '''S'''venska '''s'''chack'''d'''ator'''f'''öreningen, the Swedish Chess Computer Association, is an organization that tests computer chess software by playing chess programs against one another and producing a rating list. The forerunner of the SSDF was founded in [[Timeline#1979|1979]] by [[Johan Enroth]] in conjunction with the publication of the [[PLY (Magazine)|PLY Magazine]] <ref>[https://web.archive.org/web/20180713223218/http://privat.bahnhof.se/wb432434/historik.htm PLY/SSDF – the story]([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayback_Machine Wayback Machine], July 2018)</ref>.
