Sandro Necchi,
an Italian information technology consultant, sales manager [2], chess and correspondence chess player [3], computer chess expert and opening book author,
working on opening books since the 80s. He first was mentioned as book author of Y! (Why Not 88 and 89) by Ulf Rathsman and Lars Hjörth [4].
In the 90s, he worked for MChess by Marty Hirsch, during the 00s for Shredder by Stefan Meyer-Kahlen

Scotch Novelty
Along with co-author Arnoldo Gualazzi, Sandro Necchi cooked a book novelty in the Scotch Mieses variation with 12.Be2, which came to fruition at the ICT 2003 versus Chess Tiger [8]
