an American chess and computer chess businessman and distributor, founder of ICD Corporation

with focus on dedicated chess computers, and long time and now retired owner of the associated chess store IcdChess aka ChessUSA, superseded by Quentin Turner. In fall 1997, Steven was engaged in IcdChess hosting the new founded Computer Chess Club (Talkchess - CCC)
[3], and in the organization of moderator elections [4].
