Shirish Chinchalkar,
an Indian American mathematician, mechanical engineer, computer scientist, and senior analyst at Moody's Investors Service [2].
He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an M.A. in mathematical finance from New York University,
and gained experience in numerical and high-performance computing, and computational finance, where he applied Monte Carlo methods, numerical optimization, and parallel computing while teaching and researching at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Cornell University [3].
