Engin Üstün
Engin Üstün,
a Turkish German Webmaster [1] and computer chess programmer.
In 1995 he started chess programming, began to learn the C programming language to write the engine EnginMax using the Chess Engine Communication Protocol and later UCI.
In 2004, he started to write his new UCI engine Tornado from scratch, which is based on bitboards.
