William Blanchard, 1983 [1]

William Blanchard,
an American computer scientist and computer chess programmer. While affiliated with the Vogelback computing center at Northwestern University, he co-authored along with former Chess x.x author David Slate on the chess program Nuchess. In the 80s, William Blanchard served as Treasurer for the ICCA [2].
