USCF Chess cover [1]

USCF Chess,
a commercial chess program running under Windows 98 released in 1998 by Interplay, able to play via modem/LAN. USCF Chess incorporates the WChess engine by David Kittinger as game AI. Endorsed by the United States Chess Federation as "official USCF chess game" [2] with the aim to receive an official national rating, it had not the best reputation due to weak features and bugs reported [3].
