Takashi Chikayama [1]

Takashi Chikayama,
a Japanese computer scientist, and Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems at University of Tokyo. His research interests covers Computational complexity models extensible to parallel/distributed processing, Designs of programming languages and their implementations, the construction of parallel Knowledge processing systems, Natural language processing, Music information processing, and computer game players, especially Shogi. He was involved in the implementation of the Shogi engine Gekisashi [2], which won the Gold medal at the 15th Computer Olympiad, Shogi 2010 in Kanazawa.
