Stuart Riffle
D. Stuart Riffle,
a Canadian senior VR Engineer, game developer and computer chess programmer with expertise in game engine development, low level optimization, scaling of heavily concurrent systems, SIMD and GPU programming, rendering,
signal processing, computer vision, virtual reality, augmented reality and machine learning [2].
He is credited as co-author of various video games, such as Nuclear Strike, Madden NFL 2000, James Bond 007, and Need for Speed [3].
Concerning computer chess, Stuart Riffle is autor of the open source chess engines Pigeon, and, under construction, the Monte-Carlo tree searcher Jaglavak [4], both targeting SIMD and GPU architectures.
