Stephen Chen, [1]
a Hong Kongese early microcomputer chess programmer, in the late 70s and early 80s affiliated with Hong Kong manufacturer Conic [2] as author of their dedicated chess computer programs. On the ICGA tournament site, he is mentioned as author of Conic Experimental which played the WMCCC 1981 in Travemünde, apparently the same program as the commercial Conic 7013 endorsed by Victor Korchnoi soon released after the WMCCC [3].
