Shun-Shii Lin,
a Taiwanese computer scientist at times affiliated the Department of Computer Science, Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, National Defense University.
He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from National Taiwan Normal University,
researching on algorithms, parallel computing, evolutionary algorithms, games with focus on solving Mastermind,
and more recently, on a data mining approach to rainfall intensity classification using
TRMM/TMI data.
