Changes

This is a function of about 100 lines of operative C code in [[Crafty ]] 19.2. It is replicated in pre-Beta [[Rybka]]. It determines whether or not the sides have winning chances. It is fairly clearly part of "evaluation", and thus not of merely tangential interest. This should suffice for an example of a "large chunk" of code directly copied from Crafty in pre-Beta Rybka.
