Pacque Expert,
a chess program by Bruno Bras. Apparently without a quiescence search and searching only 8 ply at the WMCCC 2000 in London, it had some tactical weaknesses. Since the program had been distributed by a French magazine, Bruno was considered a semi-professional author by the ICCA [1]. Further, Pacque Expert played the Massy 1999, Massy 2000, and Massy 2001 French Programmers Tournaments, until it evolved to Chess Christy, Kristy Lenix and Soft Jacqueline Bras.
