Neurologic
Neurologic,
a chess program by Jochen Peussner, which played the WCCC 1999, various International Paderborn Computer Chess Championship from 1997 until 2005, and the BELCT 2001. Unlike its name suggests, it is a conventional alpha-beta searcher without any neural networks involved [4], but has an sophisticated evaluation with a lot of chess knowledge implemented with rather speculative terms.
