Kazutomo Shibahara,
a Japanese computer scientist and assistant professor at Department of Computer Science, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
His research interests include machine learning, and computer games with focus on Shogi. He is co-author of the Shogi program Mattari Yuuchan (afternoon), and the Blokus Duo program EN-FIS.
