Josué Forte,
a Brazilian computer scientist, computer chess programmer and author of the Chess Engine Communication Protocol and UCI compatible chess engine Matheus, which already had its tournament debut at Don Beal's Uniform-Platform CCC 1994 [2], and was first published as WinBoard engine in 2002 [3].
