Jean Hayes was the third wife of [[Donald Michie]], married in 1971. Her research interest covered [[Artificial Intelligence]] and [[Learning|Machine Learning]]. Along with [[David Levy]] she reported on the [[WCCC 1974|First World Computer Chess Championship]] 1974 in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm Stockholm].
