Jean-Louis Boussin,
a French computer chess programmer and author of the program Futé, which participated at the WCCC 2005 in Reykjavík.
He coined the term Plan of Attack, apparently a pre-processing technique at the root to control the search and evaluation as implemented in Futé [1].
