Heiner Matthias and Jörg Burwitz, IPCCC 1998 [1]

Jörg Burwitz,
a German government employee and native of Rügen, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. As chess player [2] and former computer chess programmer, Jörg is author of the chess program Diogenes as well as co-author of Rainer Serfling's dedicated board chess computer Milobarus. He regularly played the IPCCC tournaments with Diogenes in the 90s, where he was the sole participant from the New states of Germany.
