Changes

Due to the vacancy of the Editor-in-Chief after Jaap van den Herik's retirement end of 2015 <ref>[https://icga.leidenuniv.nl/?p=1951 Editor-in-Chief Wanted | ICGA] by [[David Levy]], October 6, 2016</ref>, the ICGA Journal took a break in 2016. Publication is intended to continue with Volume 39 in 2017 by [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS_Press IOS press], preprints available online for members <ref>[http://content.iospress.com/journals/icga-journal/Preprint/Preprint ICGA Journal - Volume Preprint, issue Preprint - Journals - IOS Press]</ref>. Editor-in-Chief will be [[I-Chen Wu]] - with the proposal of rotation every two years.
