Giuliano Ippoliti,
an Italian computer scientist, chess player [2], and CISO for a cloud provider in France [3] [4].
He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science, and a M.Sc. in telecommunications engineering from University of Pisa in 2003.
In 1998, he was finalist at the Italian Mathematics Olympiads, and the national qualifier of the International Physics Olympiads [5].
Computer Chess
Giuliano Ippoliti is author of the open source chess engine GiuChess, written in C [6], and the Perl module Chess-Play to play chess games, calculate legal moves, and to use a search algorithm [7].
